BL19 Stripping Solvent should be used to remove top coat sealer from new leather if you are looking to apply dye. It is also used for removing silicones what are common in interior cleaner products which have ingress into the pores of the leather. When dye application takes place and it dries, if you see small areas when the dye has moved away from (small round circles) then this usually means that silicone is still within the leather. Wait until the dye has dried and using a lint free cloth, apply BL19 and wipe over the affected area. Do not allow the cloth to drag or become tacky. Dry immediately with a hairdryer.
